ABOUT

With over 15 years of experience, Meredith started her career in the entertainment business working for Entertainment Tonight, Access Hollywood & the Today Show as an Executive Assistant to Maria Menounos.  While working closely with Maria, she produced multiple events, films and worked every major award show including the Grammys, Oscars and Emmys.  Through this experience, she began cultivating strong relationships with talent, agents, managers and publicists in Los Angeles & New York.  Ultimately, Meredith wanted to leverage her experience to follow her passion for event management & production back in her hometown of Chicago.  

Upon her return to Chicago, Meredith spent 8 years working as an Account Executive for Paulette Wolf Events & Entertainment, where she led the social division with Paulette producing special social occasions, multi-million dollar weddings, milestone birthdays and charitable events.  During this time, she was involved in all aspects of event production and creative design from ideation to execution.  She helped negotiate, produce and manage major entertainment like Maroon 5, Flo Rida, Keith Urban, Train, Kool and the Gang and Sting at various special events.  Meredith continued to build long-standing relationships with clients, talent, venues, restaurants, designers, caterers and chefs.  While Meredith had the honor of creating & producing incredible social events, she wanted to make the move to experiential brand marketing.  

Meredith began as a Producer for Mosaic XM in 2016, with her years of extensive experience and strong relationships she was able to help clients build and execute marketing plans, small to large scale events, creative brand design and brand partnerships.  Meredith specializes in high-end premium experiences utilizing her attention to detail, logistical planning, permitting, vendor and talent negotiations and problem-solving.  Above and beyond the event production, she has a strong interest in driving culture and personal development by managing, mentoring and developing junior team members into top talent.  She progressed into her role as Senior Producer leading all BACARDÍ Premium Brands and Nestle events.  She launched BACARDÍ Premium Brands in 2018, and led a 6 market multi-year program called BACARDÍ RUM ROOM which focused on education, tastings, custom branded experiences, art exhibits and special name entertainment.  Through her work with Nestle, she created two unique one of a kind experiences for S. Pellegrino, DiGiorno and the Nesquik Milk Stop Pop-Up which received the 2019 Silver EX Award for Best Pop-Up Experience.  


When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, Meredith was able to use her talent, chef and restaurant relationships to help brands pivot to unique digital and virtual experiences. 

Meredith is a self-proclaimed mixologist & chef, die hard Chicago Bears fan and has a strong love for travel, dining and concerts.
